Booking Information For Portafino
If you wish to book the Portafino you can either e-mail or telephone us to confirm your required dates are available. We can then either send you a booking form via e-mail or you can contact us to confirm your required dates.
In order to secure your dates, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is required. This fee will then be deducted from your final balance which must be settled 12 weeks before departure.
Booking within 12 weeks of departure
The full cost of the rental including security deposits must be paid on booking the villa. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Changing your booking
All changes in bookings are subject to availability and must be done no later than 12 weeks before departure. A £25 / $40 fee will be charged for this service. If the requested dates are not available, the normal cancellation terms apply.
All cancellations must be given in writing. Bookings cancelled more than 12 weeks from departure will forfeit the booking fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be given for cancellations after this date. We strongly recommend taking out an insurance policy to cover you for this eventuality.
A refundable security deposit of £300 / $400 per stay is required in case of damage done to the home above and beyond normal wear and tear.
Upon arrival at the villa, you are advised to check for any damage and report it to the management company within 24 hours. Failure to do this may result in your security deposit being retained. Your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your Departure Date, subject to a status report from our Management Company in Florida.
