Our beautifully furnished 4/5 bedroom home with pool is extremely spacious, with air-conditioned living space, and furnished to a very high standard.

Living Room

This beautifully furnished room possesses comfortable seating and top of the range entertainment system including a TV, a stereo and a Dell flat screen computer with internet access . This is a wonderful room to just sit in and relax after a long day in the themeparks.

This room also has a pull out queen sized bed for extra guests.

 

Kitchen

Fully fitted with top quality appliances, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer/ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, sink with waste disposal and plenty of cutlery, elegant crockery and cookware. This room also has a breakfast table and seating.

 

 

 

 

 

Utility room

This has a full size large loading washing machine and tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board.

 

The Master Suite

This room is furnished with a King size bed, TV and DVD, telephone, ample storage space and twin walk in dressing room. The fully upgraded luxurious En-suite Bathroom has twin sinks, Roman Tub with inset seat, separate WC and large walk in shower. The master suite also has it's own door out onto the pool area.

 

Master Two

This room is furnished with a queen size bed, ample storage space, TV and DVD, and a luxury en-suite with walk in shower. This suite also has it's own door out onto the pool area.

 

Bedroom Three (The Disney Room)

The children's bedroom has twin beds with plenty of toys to keep them amused. A large wardrobe and a disney themed TV with DVD player.

 

Bedroom Four

Has twin beds with ample storage space and walk in dressing closet; this room also has an en-suite bathroom, and TV.

 

Games Room

If you fancy a break from the themeparks, you can always relax in our games room which has a pool table, air hockey and darts.

 

Covered Patio

The patio dining furniture is just the place to sit and converse the days activities over a glass of chilled wine.

 

Large swimming pool

Our swimming pool, with unapposed views, has underwater lighting which is perfect for night time swims.

As per Florida law, a safety fence will be in place around the pool when you arrive. It can be removed if you do not have children or if you do not require it. However please note that this would be done at your own risk.

 

Spa Tub

The spa tub ideal for unwinding in after a long day or at any time for that matter!

 

Oversize deck

As the deck is the full width of the villa, it provides ample seating and is also the perfect place to get your Florida tan.
